Job Summary
We’re looking for UI/UX Design Interns with a strong capability in designing highly innovative and interactive user experiences for our cutting-edge mobile platform. The individual must have the ability to fluidly adapt to new changes and a keen eye for aesthetics, visual engagement, and functional design. By collaborating closely with our Engineering team and Business Development team, this individual is expected to contribute not only to visuals but also to the concepts and strategies behind the product to ensure that we are creating a flawless mobile app experience for our users. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to create solutions to real business challenges for one of the fastest-growing companies in the EdTech space!
Responsibilities
Execute all visual design stages from initial concept to hand-off for engineering
Adapt and iterate existing designs among horizontal business areas
Conceptualize original ideas - according to user research and user feedback - that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks
Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Disrupt the traditional fashion that users engage with educational technologies and bring innovative, immersive, interactive user experience to our platform
Present regular updates and reporting on projects
Qualifications
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, emphasis on Adobe XD
Experience in illustration, motion graphics, editing, and composing video for online use is a plus
Interest in the student athlete lifestyle, edTech, and start-up culture
Ability to plan and organize project schedule, conduct user research, and analyze user feedback
Willingness to experiment, fail, then learn and reiterate
Work authorization is required, accept OPT/CPT
